Breast Cancer, Strategies for Prevention!

Breast Cancer, Strategies For Prevention

breast cancerDo you know someone who has breast cancer?  Has a relative or close friend died from breast cancer?  I do and I have.  With what we know today, you can reduce your risk of developing this horrific disease.

My Story, My Wife

In 2001, my wife, Mary Kae, was diagnosed with breast cancer,  Unfortunately, it was already metastatic (in other word it had spread) to bone and liver.  Mary Kae fought a brave battle but succumbed to this dreadful disease 5 years later.  She was quite young when she passed.

I tell you this so that you will know that what I write here is from my heart.

The important message is, I believe if we had known then what we know now, she could have been saved and would have lived many more years.

Will You Develop Breast Cancer?

While no one can ever know for sure of course, the statistics are not good.  About 1 in 8 (12%) women in the US will develop invasive breast cancer during their lifetime. Current year estimates for breast cancer. The American Cancer Society’s estimates for breast cancer in the United States for 2016 are: About 246,660 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women.

But I Am Too Young

Think you are too young?  Think again!  Recently there was a Facebook post about < 28 year old woman with two children who was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.

What is pH?

ph scalepH stands for potential hydrogen and is a measure of the acidity (or alkalinity) of a fluid.  pH too low and you are acidic.  pH too high and you are alkaline.  Neutral PH is 7.0 exactly.  The ideal Ph for human blood is 7.365 or slightly alkaline.  Unfortunately for many of us in our modern world, we are between acidic and very acidic.  This is generally a direct result of our diet, lack of exercise and other environmental considerations.

Enter The good Doctor Warburg

In 1931 Dr. Otto Warburg was awarded the Nobel Peace prize for his pioneering work on cancer.  Dr Warburg showed that all normal cells have an absolute requirement for oxygen, but cancer cells can live without oxygen – a rule without exception. “Deprive a cell 35% of its oxygen for 48 hours and it may become cancerous.”

Dr. Warburg has made it clear that the root cause of cancer is oxygen deficiency, which creates an acidic state in the human body. Dr Warburg also discovered that cancer cells are anaerobic (do not breathe oxygen) and cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen, as found in an alkaline state.

Biochemist Otto Heinrich Warburg, one of the twentieth century’s leading cell biologists, discovered that the root cause of cancer is too much acidity in the body, meaning that the pH, potential hydrogen, in the body is below the normal level of 7.365, which constitutes an “acidic” state

So the solution is quite simple, alkalize the body and woohoo, cancer cannot thrive. So why doesn’t everyone know this?

Toxins and breast cancer

Recent research has detected the presence of paraben esters in 99 percent of breast cancer tissues sampled. Parabens are chemicals that have been shown to have estrogen-like properties, and estrogen is one of the hormones involved in the development of breast cancer.

Deodorants and antiperspirants are some of the primary sources of parabens, but the fact that even those who reportedly never used them still had parabens in their breast tissue clearly demonstrates that these chemicals, regardless of what products they’re added to, can, and apparently will, accumulate in breast tissue.

It’s important to recognize that whatever you spread on your skin can be absorbed into your body and potentially cause serious damage over time, as this research demonstrates.

The Bottom Line

Woman can reduce the risk of breast cancer with two strategies

  1. alkalize
  2. Minimize toxic overload

means to get your body into an alkaline state by raising your ph.  This is accomplished by a combination of diet and exercise.  The reason I suggest exercise is, if you are at an unhealthy weight, you are definitely acidic.  Want to improve your alkalinity quickly?  There is a strategy for helping your body get to an alkaline state fast.  The best strategy for maintaining an alkaline state is with the right nutritional programs that includes Organic Super Green and Super red supplements.  See my previous post that discusses how to alkalize.

Minimize toxic overload

Reduce the toxins in your life.  Simply replacing your toothpaste, shower gel and shampoos can decrease the toxic chemical intake by up to 75 chemicals.  For woman especially, do not use any underarm deodorant or body rub that has parabens in it.  Choose organic instead and be safe.  It is far less expensive to prevent cancer than it is to treat it.

We are overexposed

That is the sad reality!  we are overexposed to toxic chemicals. The manufacturers argue that the amounts are so small as to be meaningless and not harmful.  I will give them that on a single isolated basis .  If we were exposed to one product perhaps once a day, maybe  our bodies could handle it but we are not.  We are exposed to 100’s of products multiple times each day and each one has its own small amount of toxins. So the effect is cumulative.  We are being poisoned slowly by our government, our food and beauty industry and our industrial strength cleaning products.

Toxins And Our Environment

Since 1985, over 20,000 new chemicals have been introduced and are soaking our environment, our children and you.  And yes! the FDA and EPA allow it.  These industries are, to a great extent, unregulated.   To learn more about toxins in your home and body and your children, check out The Toxic Truth. The magnitude of the problem will astound you.
